WOW! What a morning. I haven't felt this good since at least Saturday. No morning motorbikes for some reason, slept in until 8 and (drumroll) the water is back!! A morning shower really makes a huge difference on your outlook on a place. I know that 8am seems terribly early for me, but I shifted my sleep schedule forward so its not that bad.

Now, onto the water. I found Wesley last night and asked him about the mysterious lack of water in my room. He showed me the tank and Yoga strolled out to see what the commotion was about. Turns out there is an auxiliary pump that gives a boost to pressure for guys who need more than the standard. Since I think my room is at the end of the pipe this second pump is the only way for me to get more of a dribble. Following this revelation, Yoga introduced me to some of his pals and we chatted about NYC, Bali and hipsters for the remainder of the night. Yoga is a photographer and would love to move to Brooklyn. He does a lot of communication work here with sustainable development and social responsibility.

Armed with my newfound knowledge this morning I marched out and plugged in the extra pump and turned on the shower. Spittle... Sputter.... Spizzle? Nothing. Uh-oh, my hopes dashed I shut off the faucet and hoped that it just needed to build up some pressure and started filling my bucket. But then the bucket faucet started hosing out a torrent of water and I knew it was all going to be ok.

Things are going so well this morning I'm going to throw in a few pics from my morning walk to work. Here we have some morning traffic on a side street in downtown Bogor.
